HMOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AI, SCARNA23, and PTPRJ. Each is linked with HMOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMOX2-to-partner and partner-to-HMOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AI grouped by HMOX2-low versus HMOX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
