HMMR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L8, MIR6779, and SS18L2P1. Each is linked with HMMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMMR-to-partner and partner-to-HMMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L8 grouped by HMMR-low versus HMMR-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
