HMMR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF17, OR2H1, and SPINK8. Each is linked with HMMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMMR-to-partner and partner-to-HMMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF17 grouped by HMMR-low versus HMMR-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
