HMGN5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,664 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF711, BEX5, and DNAH7. Each is linked with HMGN5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN5-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
