HMGN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC3, AP1S3, and FLCN. Each is linked with HMGN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC3 grouped by HMGN4-low versus HMGN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
