Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK2, and Beclin. Each is linked with HMGN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by HMGN4-low versus HMGN4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
