Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN3P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN3P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HMGN3P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and KIRC show a favorable association.
ACC, CHOL, and READ are the cancer types where HMGN3P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
