Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,996 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN2P40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA modification, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and tRNA processing. Each is linked with HMGN2P40 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P40-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P40 results are reported.
