Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN2P22 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN2P22 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher HMGN2P22 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN2P22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and GBM show a favorable association.
UVM, TGCT, and KICH are the cancer types where HMGN2P22 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
