Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,996 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN2P19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with HMGN2P19 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P19-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P19 results are reported.
