Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN2P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN2P15 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher HMGN2P15 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN2P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UVM show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and PAAD are the cancer types where HMGN2P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
