Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN1P38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, Translesion synthesis, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with HMGN1P38 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P38-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint grouped by HMGN1P38-low versus HMGN1P38-high in THYM.
