Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN1P35 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN1P35 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher HMGN1P35 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN1P35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and ESCA show a favorable association.

PAAD, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where HMGN1P35 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
