Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,818 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN1P17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of binding, Negative regulation of transferase activity, and Negative regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity. Each is linked with HMGN1P17 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P17-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P17 results are reported.
