HMGN1P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,881 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN1P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Artery development, Smooth muscle cell migration, and Pulmonary valve morphogenesis. Each is linked with HMGN1P13 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P13-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Artery development grouped by HMGN1P13-low versus HMGN1P13-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGN1P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGN1P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
