HMGCLL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGCLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGCLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL5AP4, PGAP2, and B3GAT3. Each is linked with HMGCLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGCLL1-to-partner and partner-to-HMGCLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL5AP4 grouped by HMGCLL1-low versus HMGCLL1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGCLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGCLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
