Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,349 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB3P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL3, TCEAL4, and EIF2S2. Each is linked with HMGB3P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB3P3-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB3P3 results are reported.
