Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,355 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB3P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of binding, Obsolete ncRNA transcription, and Protein polymerization. Each is linked with HMGB3P3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB3P3-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB3P3 results are reported.
