Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB3P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,597 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGB3P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein autophosphorylation, Transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Nuclear envelope organization. Each is linked with HMGB3P13 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB3P13-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB3P13 results are reported.
