Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGB3P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGB3P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher HMGB3P10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGB3P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and UCS show a favorable association.

READ, LGG, and MESO are the cancer types where HMGB3P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
