HMGB1P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB1P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,386 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with HMGB1P7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB1P7-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB1P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein catabolic process grouped by HMGB1P7-low versus HMGB1P7-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGB1P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGB1P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
