Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,618 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGA2_S105, IGF2BP2, and HMGA2_S101. Each is linked with HMGA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGA2-to-partner and partner-to-HMGA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMGA2 versus HMGA2_S105 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
