HMGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-726P, ARL14EP, and ZCCHC10. Each is linked with HMGA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGA2-to-partner and partner-to-HMGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-726P grouped by HMGA2-low versus HMGA2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
