HMCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPV5, KRT26, and C9orf57. Each is linked with HMCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMCN2-to-partner and partner-to-HMCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPV5 grouped by HMCN2-low versus HMCN2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
