HMCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX2, CDT1, and UBE2T. Each is linked with HMCN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HMCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BEX2 grouped by HMCN1-low versus HMCN1-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
