HMCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,273 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUFM, JOSD1, and RBFOX2. Each is linked with HMCN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HMCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUFM grouped by HMCN1-low versus HMCN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
