HMCES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMCES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,262 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMCES-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP8, RNA5SP374, and SNORA25B. Each is linked with HMCES in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMCES-to-partner and partner-to-HMCES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMCES→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMCES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
