HLF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,371 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR128-1, RN7SL478P, and RPS6P20. Each is linked with HLF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLF-to-partner and partner-to-HLF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR128-1 grouped by HLF-low versus HLF-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
