HLF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,308 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN7, TMEM63C, and CIPC. Each is linked with HLF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLF-to-partner and partner-to-HLF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLF versus TSPAN7 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
