HLA-U

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-U RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,022 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-U-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are MDA-5 signaling pathway, Positive regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with HLA-U in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-U-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-U results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-U→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-U) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
