HLA-H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,144 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Immune response-inhibiting cell surface receptor signaling pathway, and Type II interferon-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with HLA-H in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-H-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-H→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
