HLA-H

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-H protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,640 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen. Each is linked with HLA-H in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-H-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-H→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
