HLA-F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-F mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-F-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a_pS657, c-Met_pY1235, and FoxM1. Each is linked with HLA-F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-F-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-F→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
