HLA-E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-E mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-E-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Bak. Each is linked with HLA-E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-E-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-E→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
