HLA-E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,560 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, Positive regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell proliferation, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with HLA-E in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-E-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-E→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
