Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,151 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DRB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, ARHGEF6, and DOCK10. Each is linked with HLA-DRB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DRB1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DRB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
