HLA-DRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY4, RGS21, and SLC16A12-AS1. Each is linked with HLA-DRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DRB1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
