Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DMA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,929 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DMA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, MHC class II protein complex assembly, and Peptide antigen assembly with MHC class II protein complex. Each is linked with HLA-DMA in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DMA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DMA results are reported.
