HLA-C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-C-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4 and TBC1D21. Each is linked with HLA-C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-C-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
