HK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC8, CCNB1, and LDHA. Each is linked with HK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK3-to-partner and partner-to-HK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC8 grouped by HK3-low versus HK3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
