HK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, MT1HL1, and PRR20B. Each is linked with HK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK3-to-partner and partner-to-HK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by HK3-low versus HK3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
