Across TCGA patient cohorts, HK2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein location in mitochondrion, Glucose catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with HK2P1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK2P1-to-partner and partner-to-HK2P1 results are reported.
