Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HK2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HK2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HK2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where HK2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
