HK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAC2, TIPIN, and AEN. Each is linked with HK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK1-to-partner and partner-to-HK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAC2 grouped by HK1-low versus HK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
