HK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA14, CLPS, and DEFB125. Each is linked with HK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK1-to-partner and partner-to-HK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA14 grouped by HK1-low versus HK1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
