HJV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HJV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HJV-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM2, C1orf174, and MRPL37. Each is linked with HJV in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HJV-to-partner and partner-to-HJV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 grouped by HJV-low versus HJV-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HJV→partner) and Y-score (partner→HJV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
