HJV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HJV mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HJV-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, PKC-delta_pS664, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with HJV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HJV-to-partner and partner-to-HJV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by HJV-low versus HJV-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HJV→partner) and Y-score (partner→HJV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
