HJV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HJV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HJV-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29, RNASE9, and KRTAP10-3. Each is linked with HJV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HJV-to-partner and partner-to-HJV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by HJV-low versus HJV-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HJV→partner) and Y-score (partner→HJV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
