HIVEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIVEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,563 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIVEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNL2, TSPY26P, and VANGL2. Each is linked with HIVEP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNL2 grouped by HIVEP1-low versus HIVEP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIVEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIVEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
