HIVEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIVEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,434 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIVEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A12, C16orf90, and GSR. Each is linked with HIVEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A12 grouped by HIVEP1-low versus HIVEP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIVEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIVEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
